The house is located in Costa Rei, below Monte Nai, in the area called "Sa Perda Niedda", which in Sardinian means "the black stone", the most valuable point of Costa Rei.
Between May and October you can find supermarkets, shops of various kinds, pizzerias and restaurants in Costa Rei. Out of season you can reach everything in 10 minutes with your car.
Twice a week the local market is set up, where you will find fresh fruits and vegetables, excellent local specialties and typical handicrafts.
Villa Margherita is ideal for family holidays.
The house boasts a beautiful flower garden, which offers a lot of tranquility, through which you can access the living room with kitchen. The kitchen is complete with every comfort, except oven but equipped with a great barbecue.
the house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and a children's room with bunk bed and sofa bed located in the hall.
Villa Margherita is independent and has a well-kept garden, fenced and equipped with an outdoor shower.
