Villa SA PERDA boasts an extraordinary proximity to the sea, less than 150 meters. You can crown the dream of a lifetime: the bath before breakfast. The beach is clear and very wide. On the shore the water is shallow and turquoise. The Villa is located in Costa Rei, below Monte Nai, in the area called "Sa Perda Niedda", which in Sardinian means "the black stone", the most valuable point of Costa Rei.
Between May and October you can find supermarkets, shops of various kinds, pizzerias and restaurants in Costa Rei. Out of season you can reach everything in 10 minutes with your car.
Twice a week the local market is set up, where you will find fresh fruits and vegetables, excellent local specialties and typical handicrafts.
Villa SA PERDA is completely new finished in March 2019 and is ideal for family holidays.
The house boasts a large flower garden, which offers a lot of privacy, through which you can access the living room furnished in a modern style. The induction kitchen is new and complete with every comfort,
the villa has three bedrooms, including two with double beds, and a children's room with bunk bed.
The two bathrooms, both new and with shower, are a small oasis of relaxation.
Villa SA PERDA is independent and has a well-kept, fenced garden with an outdoor shower.
