Villa nestled in the green hills of Fermano halfway between the beaches of the Adriatic Sea and Sibillini mountains National Park.
The building is surrounded by a big garden, it is completely new and built with all principles of green building respecting the environment with low energy and environmental impact. The swimming pool is with salted water without the use of chlorine with counter-current swimming measuring 5.50 metres by 11.00 metres with depth of 1.25 metres, a facility for the Finnish Sauna and the Turkish Bath in the winter period.
The large villa consists of 5 apartments at the ground floor with a double room, a bathroom with shower cabin and a living room with double sofa bed; at the first floor there are two double rooms. At the ground floor you can find a large common living room with tv (Netflix subscription only), two bathrooms and an industrial kitchen completely equipped with an oven with 5 induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, ice machine, wine cellar for wines, toaster, juicer, blender and air fryer.
