it is located in a private residence where inside we have football fields, children's play area also you can take advantage of the swimming pool with salt water for adults and children that provides the condominium, consisting of 3 bedrooms, a double and two with single beds, sofa bed and bathroom in the sleeping area, down we have a beautiful and well-kept air-conditioned dining room with attention to detail ,outside a nice patio with barbecue to share great summer dinners. it is surrounded by greenery within a beautiful village called "Il porticciolo" as it is located 100 meters from the sea and a quiet port.
The village, which is accessed through a large gate controlled by the guardian, is characterized by the colors of flowering plants and tranquility. The village is equipped with some services for the exclusive use of guests: swimming pool with salt water sea view for adults, sea view pool for children, football field, tennis court, sun terrace, and games for children.
The house is characterized by an outdoor patio where you can relax, eat, cook thanks to the presence of the barbecue and take a shower outdoors.
The host offers the possibility to use two bicycles to ride inside or outside the village.
The main entrance is shared with the owner where he lives, each house has its own independent entrance with its own privacy.
