The apartment is located in a typical Venetian building. The environment is divided into living room, kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, you can also use the small bathroom on the ground floor. The living room could be used as a dining room, as a place of relaxation and of entertainment, as well as a second bedroom with its sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped: here you will find fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee machine, crockery, pots and various kitchen utensils.
There is also a small private courtyard with a little table and chairs available only for the guests.
The furniture has been chosen with care: it is made in classic style with typical Venetian elements and exposed wooden beams.
Every comfort is guaranteed by an efficient air conditioning and heating system. There is also Wi-Fi internet connection.

In case of late check-in (after 8 pm) we apply the late check-in fees:

EUR 40 for check-in after 10 pm
EUR 50 for check-in after midnight.
