The property is only a 5 minute walk to the S. Lucia train station, Cannaregio sestiere, in the former central Mazzoni 15, convenient area as well as silent and quiet so as to consider it a point of easy access as well as by train , both with the vaporetti from the airport or with the car given the imminent parking lot of Piazzale Roma.

With all the amenities at your fingertips, you can guess your walking path for the magical Venetian calli, reaching 10 minutes to the Grand Canal, 20 minutes to the charming Rialto Bridge, 5 minutes to the most famous St. Mark's Square its Basilica; all surrounded by typical localies where you can taste the Venetian "cicchetti" accompanied by a beautiful glass of wine.

It will host you a colorful balconies and a white chandelier, majestic in its beauty as the complex itself, winner of the 2011 European Color Desing Award, which will lead you into the apartment of about 70 sqm.

The apartment, in energy class A, is equipped with an air ventilation and cooling system with underfloor heating systems, double glazing and beautiful beamed ceilings, the spaces are generous and you feel the comfort even being in more people.

Thinking of a better position in Venice is almost impossible!
The apartment is located next to the train station, which is easily accessible on foot in a few minutes even with numerous luggage.
It is also a great starting point for exploring the city: Calle Priuli at the Cavalletti, where it is located, is particularly quiet while being a crossroads of the lively main street which in a succession of shops, open markets and trattorias will take you to 20 minutes to the Rialto Bridge and just a few more to the wonderful St. Mark's Square, the heart of the city, with the Basilica and the Doge's Palace facing the lagoon. For art lovers, the Great St. Rocco School with important Titian paintings is just a 10 minute walk across the famous Ponte degli Scalzi just off the station.

Just five minutes from the apartments, the famous sister-in-law of Cannaregio, formerly Jewish quarter, is now home to one of Ca 'Foscari's departments. Cannaregio is an area of the city that has retained its discreet charm, where to breathe the authentic Venetian atmosphere. A special place, away from the main roads, where you can enjoy peace and quiet.

In this regard, the foundations of Sacca San Girolamo, located on the extreme point of the sisteria, are worth a visit, where you can admire the wonderful colors that produce the sun at sunset, once reflected on the opaque waters of the lagoon of Venice.

Following the sun in the lagoon is the best way to discover the most authentic side of the city. From the sister of the arsenal, for example, it is possible to observe dawn in all its splendor. And within short distances, there are also the biennial gardens where to spend relaxing walks, in the background of a historical center never too crowded with tourists.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartments you will find a wide choice of restaurants and trattorias.
To go shopping, the largest supermarket is located in Calle del Ghetto Vecchio at 600mt from the apartment, while in the aforementioned sister-in-law of Cannaregio is located a small but well-stocked grocery store run by a couple of gentle Venetian d.o.c.

HOW TO GET
- From Station: take the second calle on the left, Calle Priuli to the Cavalletti, and go all the way, passing a wooden jumper to the entrance of the building.
-In car: you can park in the communal car park in Piazzale Roma, 800 meters from the apartment, reachable through the famous Calatrava bridge. Alternatively, we recommend leaving the car at Mestre Railway Station, well served by open parking 24/24, and take the train to Venice S. Lucia.
From Marco Polo Airport: Take the shuttle bus that takes you to Piazzale Roma in 20 minutes.
From Mestre: you can reach Piazzale Roma via the T1 tram line from the city center.

HOW TO MOVE IN VENICE
The best way to live Venice is to walk through its canals, surprising every corner, admiring the gliding of the gondolas and enjoying the silence that surrounds the canals at nightfall.
The city is well served by a convenient network of waterfalls, the nearest stops are just 200mt from the apartment, on the Grand Canal in front of the station. Here you will find several landmarks that lead to S. Marco, Murano Island (famous for glass artisans) or Lido di Venezia (venue of the Cinema Festival).
